PREMIER SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING IN BEDFORD, NH
PERSONAL COACHING. SMALL GROUP ENERGY.
Follow a training program created specifically for you while gaining expert coaching, flexible scheduling, and accountability from a supportive community.
YOUR PROGRAM. YOUR PROGRESS.
WHAT IS SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING?
Premier Small Group Personal Training combines individualized programming with the encouragement of training alongside others. Sessions include no more than six members, but everyone follows a program created for their own goals, abilities, experience, and movement history.
This is not a general fitness class where everyone completes the same workout. Our coaches guide each member through their personal program, provide feedback, and make adjustments throughout the session.
PERSONALIZED SUPPORT IN EVERY SESSION
MORE THAN A GROUP WORKOUT
100% PERSONAL PROGRAMMING
Your exercises, training level, and progression are selected according to your goals, abilities, experience, and individual needs.
SMALL GROUPS OF SIX
Sessions are limited to six members so our coaches can provide meaningful instruction, feedback, encouragement, and personal attention.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING
Choose available training times that work with your schedule instead of being restricted to one traditional class time.
COMMUNITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Train alongside supportive members who encourage consistency while everyone continues working toward their own personal goals.

Our coaches provide each member with the appropriate exercises, level of challenge, and progression. Your program can also be adjusted when you are managing soreness, movement limitations, or changing circumstances.
You receive the structure and attention of personal training with the energy, relationships, and accountability that come from a small community.

MEET YOUR COACHING TEAM
EXPERIENCED COACHES WHO CARE ABOUT YOUR PROGRESS
The Athletic Way coaching team brings together nationally recognized personal training and strength and conditioning credentials, extensive coaching experience, and a commitment to continued education.
Led by owner and NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Kyle Arsenault, our team includes Fitness and Performance Coaches Lisa Adams, Ryan Griffin, and Kristina Banahan.
Our coaches communicate as a team, understand each member’s program, and provide consistent support throughout the training process.
The birth of TAW, and the reason TAW integrates principles of athletic development, fitness, and movement mastery is because of Kyle’s personal journey.
Being a competitive athlete throughout his youth, Kyle fell in love with training and what it was doing for him as a competitor, and also for his personal confidence.
Unfortunately he didn’t understand the fine details of proper movement that he and the TAW Team know today, and he found himself a victim of overuse injury.
After working through 2 hip surgeries, he found himself a fitness and performance coach within a Fitness Physical Therapy clinic for 4 years. After soaking up an amazing education while there, Kyle new it was time to take his knowledge and open The Athletic Way.
Kyle remains obsessed with human movement, health and fitness optimization.
If he isn’t coaching at TAW, Kyle is likely working on a TAW project, or running around with his amazing wife Jamie and their 4 little ones who also enjoy moving, training and living athletic!
