I was recommend to try TAW by my physical therapist after acl surgery and subsequent second kid- I couldn't get back to my former self. As a former college athlete and a mom of two, I was hesitant about the  time commitment, but I am so happy I tried it. Less than a year from having my second, and 2 years from my  acl surgery- I'm training for a marathon again. I feel as strong as I did in college, and have made some great friends. The trainers at TAW are supportive, yet push you to go harder-- which is what I need. Can't recommend enough!

It took a lot of trial and error over the past year to finally find a gym that truly worked for me. I tried so many different types of exercise: Orange Theory, Pilates, and various outdoor activities, but nothing really stuck. After asking some athletic friends for recommendations, TAW came up repeatedly. I made a phone call and was immediately connected with Kyle. From the start, Kyle was incredible! He never once pushed me to join. Instead, he asked thoughtful questions to understand my needs and goals. That was when I knew this style of gym, one built around personal coaching, was exactly what I was looking for. The team created a personalized plan based on my concerns. I had been struggling with back and hip issues, and after a year of consistent coaching and encouragement, I feel so much better. They teach proper technique so you can get the most out of every workout, and the coaches are genuinely impressive, knowledgeable, supportive, and invested in your success. As an ex-college athlete and avid weight lifter, I was riddled with several injuries from college sports and lifting. Kyle has elevated my workouts significantly. The phrase "you're only as strong as your weakest link" is so true when you've torn your ACL, lower back .. and Kyle and his team has allowed me to work past it, strengthen my core and supporting muscle groups. I'm lifting with healthy intensity again, skiing again, it's refreshing to lift with this type of perspective with longevity and function at its core.

As a 60 yr. old woman, I knew the importance of strength training but I was very hesitant and fearful of working out at a gym.However, at TAW, with customized workout plans and very competent and compassionate coaching, I experienced a transformation.
