Train at TAW

The Athletic Way has partnered with Advanced Injury Treatment Center in Bedford NH to provide performance training services, and help more people achieve their ideal bodies and upgrade their lives!

Whether you are coming off of an injury, have no injury history and are looking to enhance your overall performance, or maybe you are looking to become the most fit, pain free and confident version of yourself as possible, The Athletic Way has a training program that will fit your needs!

The following training options vary slightly in format, but the principles remain the same. We help you optimize your movement, while we coach, educate and motivate you to YOUR goals.

 

Training Program Options

1. Small Group Training

With the small group training program you will be training in a small group of 3-6 athletes. The training program will be tailored to your specific needs and adjusted based on your history and goals. You will always have a coach, and these sessions are the lowest cost sessions as you will be “sharing” the coach with 3-6 other athletes. This option includes:

One hour training sessions that are always coached to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best. 

Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Sequence where you will be learning about   the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve.

 

2. Semi-Private Training

With the semi-private training program you will be training with one to two other athletes, giving you the attention you need at a lower cost than private training. Your program will be designed specifically for you following a thorough evaluation, and if you are coming off of physical therapy, your program will also be a collaboration between your therapist and performance coach. This option includes: 

A thorough evaluation of your training history, movement and goals. 

An individualized program designed for your specific needs and ultimate goals. 

One hour training sessions that are always coached to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best. 

Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Sequence where you will be learning about the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve. 

 

3. Private Training

With the private training program you will receive all of the benefits of the semi-private training, but you will be one on one with a coach. This option means you will be receiving 100% of the coaching attention during your training session. This option includes: 

A thorough evaluation of your training history, movement and goals. 

An individualized program designed for your specific needs and ultimate goals. 

One hour training sessions that are completely one on one (100% attention of the coach) to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best. 

Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Sequence where you will be learning about the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve.

 

“I am a consumer, as are we all.  We want value for our dollar.  We are picky and want nothing but the best when it comes to our health and wellness.  I have tried a couple of trainers at one of those in-your-face personal training facilities (please don’t yell at me, Mr. Muscles).  I got hurt.  A lot.  I tried a program at one of those women’s only facilities, I got hurt again, as there was no supervision once the program plan was set.  I most recently tried a trainer at a brand new facility and told them I didn’t want to get hurt, and I didn’t, but didn’t see the changes I was seeking and lost motivation.  Finally, I found Kyle.  Hallelujah!  Go ahead for yourself and try some of the others if you have time and money to spare (waste), then come see Kyle and see and feel the difference in the very first session.  Hands-on, compassionate, motivational, SO knowledgeable.  Such a difference in educating you on how your body should move to prevent injury and to accomplish your goals.  I’ve found a most excellent trainer and can’t wait to see where I go from here!”
