Whether you are coming off of an injury, have no injury history and are looking to enhance your overall performance, or maybe you are looking to become the most fit, pain free and confident version of yourself as possible, The Athletic Way has a training program that will fit your needs!

The following training options vary slightly in format, but the principles remain the same. We help you optimize your movement, while we coach, educate and motivate you to YOUR goals.

TAW Program of the Month

With the TAW Program Of The Month you will be training with up to 5 other athletes. The training program will be modified as much as possible to your specific needs and adjusted based on your history and goals. You will always have a coach and the program is updated every 4 weeks, and you will have a printed program to keep track of your progress. This option includes:

  • One hour training sessions that are always coached to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best.
  • Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Guide, where you will be learning about the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve.

Individualized Semi Private Personal Training

With the individualized semi private personal training program you will be training with up to 5 other athletes. The difference is your program will be designed specifically for you following a thorough evaluation, and if you are coming off of physical therapy, your program will also be a collaboration between your therapist and performance coach. This option includes:

  • A thorough evaluation of your training history, movement and goals.
  • An individualized program designed for your specific needs and ultimate goals.
  • One hour training sessions that are always coached to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best.
  • Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Guide, where you will be learning about the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve.

Private Training

With the private training program you will receive all of the benefits of the semi-private training, but you will be one on one with a coach. This option means you will be receiving 100% of the coaching attention during your training session. This option includes:

  • A thorough evaluation of your training history, movement and goals.
  • An individualized program designed for your specific needs and ultimate goals.
  • One hour training sessions that are completely one on one (100% attention of the coach) to ensure proper movement, as well as motivation to train at your best.
  • Nutritional guidance including The Athletic Way Nutrition Guide, where you will be learning about the top nutrition principles that will help you achieve the health, performance and results you want and deserve.

Online Coaching

Whether you are seeking athletic enhancement, muscle gain, fat loss, strength, power, speed, agility or just to simply feel better, look good and enjoy life, I will guide you along the way.

With the online training I will dedicate my time and expertise to only a select few. Because I believe in delivering only the best results and service, I limit the number of athletes and clients that I work with.
